Introduction of the Product
Products HTC-01 and HTC-02 are light-colored powder, and HTC-03, HTC-04 are gray-black powder. The products form a firm conductive layer on the surface of the substrate through active treatment and doping treatment of conductive factors on the basis of nano materials. Thereby this series of materials have a lasting electrical conductivity.
Characteristics of the Product
The products are light in color, nontoxic, odorless and safe. It has high pigment covering performance, high temperature resistance and chemical erosion resistance. It is stable and durable in electric conductivity, easy to disperse uniformly in the molten resin system, and firm and washable in combination with chemical fiber textiles.

Scope of Application
(1) Antistatic coating, antistatic fiber, antistatic plastics, antistatic building materials and antistatic rubber.
(2) Antistatic film, antistatic packaging material.
(3) Optical recording material, magnetic recording material and electromagnetic shielding material.
(4) Electronic photographic materials, electronic fax paper, electrostatic recording paper.
(5) Circuit conductive adhesive.
Proposed Quantity
The recommended quantity for antistatic fiber, plastic, packaging materials, building materials and coatings is 3% ~ 6%, and for antistatic master batch is 12% ~ 15%. Users can determine the best addition quantity through test or contact us.
