新型高效净水纳米材料HTJS-01
Our company cooperates with American scientists to jointly develop a high-efficiency nano material for water purification, which can filter out four kinds of heavy metal ions: Hg2+, Pb2+, Cu2+and Cd2+ in water.
1. Usage: integrate the material into the melamine sponge by coating method, and fill the nano particles in the melamine grid pores.
2. Filtration principle: the soft alkali group of nano materials has strong interaction with Hg2+, Pb2+, Cu2+and Cd2+ ions, and can bind heavy metal ions through electrostatic attraction to complete water purification.
3. Filtration effect: after three cycles of adsorption, Hg2+and Pb2+ in the wastewater can still be completely removed, and the removal rate of Cu2+ and Cd2+ is nearly 100%.
4. Recyclability: the filter material adsorbing heavy metal ions can separate the adsorbed metal ions from the surface of the filter material by applying positive voltage. Driven by the electric field, these metal ions migrate towards the counter electrode and deposit in the form of simple substance on the counter electrode, and complete the recovery of filter materials and heavy metals at the same time.
The adsorption effect of regenerated six times electrode on Hg2+ does not decrease significantly, and the concentration of effluent in the solution was within the safe range.
