Introduction of the Product

The product is mixed with several inorganic powders, and the particle size is less than 100nm. It can emit infrared ray which wave is in 8-15μm. Its radiance of normal direction is more than 85%. HTY-01 is white powder while HTY-02 is light color powder. The best radiance of the series products is HTY-02. The other types of the products are divided according to the different surface treatment from HTY-03 to HTY-09.

Characteristics of the Product

The product, which is inorganic and non-metallic material, is odorless, non-toxic and pollution-free. The basis product of the series is hydrophilicity. It will have good lipophilicity through surface treatment. The product can absorb and emit infrared ray needed by human body that can improve human blood circulation, reduce blood acidity, promote the metabolism, enhance immunity and save energy.

Proposed Quantity

The recommended quantity for polyester slice is 2-3wt%. For master batch which effective content is 40%, and the recommended quantity is 6-8%.
