The product is independently developed by our company. It is nanometer mixture powder which can shield ultraviolet ray, sun screen and is surface treated and resist aging. According to different mixture ratio of the materials, the series can be divided into HTU-01 and HTU-02. The product has the properties of durability and UV shielding, so that it can be used in the field of rubber, UV shielding plastic membrane products, coating, printing ink, fiber with the function of UV shielding and sunscreen cosmetics, etc.

Characteristics of the Product

(1)    It has a strong absorption effect on ultraviolet light of 250-380nm, and comprehensively resists the harm of UV-A and UV-B to human skin.

(2)    Keep the bright color of the products, and increase the service life by 10-20 times.

(3)    Odorless, non-toxic and non-irritating to the skin.

(4)    It has good properties of lipophilicity and hydrophilicity, and has good dispersion in solvent and plastic resin.

(5)    The product can be added into the solvent or molten state materials directly and can be compounded with polymer to produce UV resistant master batch with content of 10% - 25%.
